Hi my name is steve i am 67 retired hgv driver mechanic i live in wolverhampton very new to the x type its a 54 reg 3.0ltr v6 awd  so a learning curve for me it  has  a couple of problems but not listing it here

I have an X type also they are good cars.

Hi Steve, and welcome to the club.

I too know Wolverhampton very well, having worked in many of the Steel Works in the City.  I also was a friend of the late Denis Turner from Bilston [ Lord Turner of Biltson].

I had an X type 2.5 AWD which was stolen  —  the three thieves were allowed by Her Royal Highness to serve 8 years in one of her free institutions.

The X type that you have was a very popular car in the USA, particularly useful in the winter.
