My new Jaguar S type is an import.

Built here and exported to Japan.

It's in a lovely condition it's a 2005.

The Speedometer is in KPH, not a problem really I just have to to convert in my head when I am driving. The Imported did kindly put little white dot stickers on the appropriate places for 30 mph etc but I found it annoying, it looked odd.

The sat nav talks in Japanese but I do not use one, I like maps.

Handbook is in Japanese. I was having problems getting one, none available from Jaguar, thought I was going to have to learn Japanese but have just found one on eBay.

But overall a very well cared for car.

I had looked a quite a few cars locally and was disappointed at their condition.

I need another key so ordered one. I have reprogrammed them in the past  for X type. Has anyone reprogrammed them for the S type please?

You need a scan tool (ids/wds) to program the key and remote.
