XKR 2014 Drivers Seat

Urgently seeking help or guidance, my 2014 XKR has failed its MOT as the drivers seats back rest will not lock into position. I have taken the car into Jaguar approved service agent and they are at a loss as to how to repair. They seem to think the seat frame needs replacing, but try as we can, we can’t locate a replacement. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
