New Epace R Dynamic R. Problems 1st month - Not addressed

I am based out of Germany.

I have bought New Jaguar Epace R Dynamic R  in July 2021. Within a Month it started giving a problem. Wobbling/Vibration sound from the front wheel axle when car is in motion. This can be sensed clearly by sound and movement with noise when i am driving below 50.  I have reached out D+S Asperg automobile shop (while at 3800Km). They kept it with them for 3 days and returned without repairing saying "you still can drive".

Said they have ordered the parts, once it comes they will do some repair.  I am waiting for last two months bearing the same noise and pain.  

I called 00 800 33867050 to complain. The lady on the call spoke only sweet English words and bluffed me that they will take care of my issue. She has not even cared to take my vehicle or my details. Not sure how will she take care. 

 

Can someone please advise/help to resolve my problem.  I have bought this vehicle with passion and  hard earned money. I cannot bear this pain anymore.
