My rear camera stopped working and jaguar said their is no single option to fix it,  only to replace whole wiring loom.  Part is £ 4500 and £ 2000 LABOUR .

I went to an independent specialist and they said they fixed some broken wires etc but can't understand why it's not working.

This surley must be a jaguar issue but my car is now 4 years old.

Being as you are not alone with this fault, one would imagine Jaguar has a manufacturing or design fault. Having said that, getting Jaguar to admit to anything would appear to be as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Good luck if you and any others attempt to get Jaguar to take responsibility.

Jaguar even know the issue,  my cousins friend works for Jaguar Land rover in Coventry and said they have issues with wiring incorrectly fixed  from the boot area

Had you considered if that insider knowledge should be used to approach Jaguar management ?
