Hi all

Can anyone help me out by telling me where the dpf pressure sensor is located on a 2012 2.2d XF?

Anyone changed one before on their drive (so to speak), and is it recommended to try this at home?

I've tried my best, but can't find it. Yes, I'm  bit of a novice but, hoping to start somewhere on doing bits on my motor.

Thanks in advance

The location varies from the bulkhead, under the bonnet, back of the engine, or underneath near the DPF above the subframe. You will find 3 wires for the connector which plugs into the sensor.

  1. Constant 5.0 Volt
  2. Earth wire
  3. Trigger pcm wire measuring volts

Ash, you can also find a PDF download of most workshop manuals on the internet.

This is a place I often use for information and is usually very accurate and reliable.
