Hello all,

I am about to trade in my XES for a 2019 F-Type convertible, and I know Jags are generally pretty safe, but I was wondering what other people use to protect their car if it is not in a garage? Would it be worth buying a steering lock? 

Any help would be much appreciated!


Welcome to the forum Mark.

A steering lock is worth getting as it acts as a visual deterrent. The best thing to buy is a couple of Faraday pouches to keep your fobs in when you’re not using the car.

    Thankfully I have had a Faraday box for a while as my XES was keyless, so it's at least one step down!
