Car Hot spot

I am trying to get the hotspot working in MY XF 2018  and have so far attempted to use a sky sim card which gives the no internet access message, so I then tried a 3 sim card same fault, Has anyone else had the same issues and how did you resolve it?

Thats what i asked for but i suspect they are not data only.

I use one from amazon think it was a 3  for around £12, make sure you have hot spot selected in settings

The sim card which I had in my previous XE was crap, seem to only run at 3g speeds, suspect if yours is 18 will not have been updated.

Better off turning your phone into a hot spot for passengers etc
