2006 model key programming

Where can i find instructions. Current key fob stopped working on central locking. Changed battery, Timpson's showed all buttons working. Will open car doors on key , and start car.

hi

usually on s-types the buttons should work as soon as the battery are replaces and can usually only be paired with jaguar software, Jaguar ids/sdd

Thanks. Spare fob works ok, so really confused now!!!! Lol.  The other fob started to be intermittent, so had new battery fitted,
