So the parking assist isn’t working and still beeps and says cameras not available.
move changed the boot wiring loom and it did have bare cooper wires showing. But the fault still exists.

I’ve had the faults codes read and these came up. Has anyone got any ideas?
I’m going away tomorrow in the car and would love to be able to sort it today before I go.

Thanks for the quick reply mate. Drivers side? Are they easy to change and where could I get one from today?

Hi

If changing the sensor doesnt work it is probably the front bumper wiring loom. To change either sensors or loom needs the bumper to be removed (not as big a job as it sounds but still likely to take a while!).

Thanks. I can actually get at the sensor now I’ve unscrewed the bolt in the wheel arch cowling. So I’m just trying to get a sensor now!! Arrrrgghh. 😂

Is there any way of knowing? I’ve changed the front right sensor now but it’s made no difference at all.

Is that what the grey relay is part of that the wiring from the sensor goes into? Does the bumper need to come off for that?

it’s just baffling me because the fault codes stipulated front right radar sensor. By front right it doesn’t mean the one to the right in the middle surely?!

Yes the connector the sensor plugs into is part of the front bumper wiring loom.

My reading of the fault code is that it is the right inner sensor, so the one nearest the number plate on the right. I think you may have changed the right outer sensor.

Good luck
