Heated/cooled seats

So I changed the battery and reset the battery managment system using the icarsoft v2...since then both heated and cooling on both seats have not worked. Any ideas on what I have done?!?

 

Oh and it is a 3 litre 2012 xfs

Thanks for the reply, yes and both seem OK.. bit weird both have stopped at the same time !

Not sure what else to check before taking it to the garage and see what the cost to fix will be..

For anyone who is interested it was the relay that had burnt out pins, that was changed and all working now
