Hi All,

Not a purely Jaguar question, but looking for a bit of advice...

Returning recently from a trip to Ireland, my XF-S was rear-ended at a roundabout in Wales. The other driver has accepted responsibility and repairs are about to begin (phew!).

My question arises from the fact that the MoT is due to expire shortly, so what happens if the repair isn't completed before it expires? Am I allowed to drive it for its test?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Cheers,
Jon

Hi Jon ,sorry to hear about your car hopefully the repairs go smoothly and you get the car back soon ,as for the Mot you are legally allowed to drive a  car with an expired mot to a pre booked test station for its test  ,regards Dan
