I have been plagued with the usual high parasitic current drain if car left unlocked and to a certain extent locked when the battery will flatten,

However after the last MOT when the battery flattened - jump starting the car had the control/satnav screen flashing on and off although the battery showed

fully charged voltage. The battery is some 2 years old but appears in good condition.

Do I have to buy yet another HDuty battery to see if this eliminates the problem ?

Is this just a CPU problem which will reset itself or can I reset or is it anything more drastic ?

John
