Hi all,

My drivers side window started acting up, randomly dropping and after a short period of time I could close using the door switch and the global close.

However, yesterday the door switch for the drivers side only stopped working - unable to open or close the driver window. I was able to globally open the window but now it will not close either using the door switch or globally close. All three other windows close/open using switches/global open/close.

I have disconnected battery for a reset but nothing. The driver window is currently half way open. With UK weather at the moment I cannot drive it and have had to cover with tarp to keep dry. Is there a way to force it to close?

Thanks

Pull the ddr module and resolder the chips. With the vibration of driving and door function it can cause pin solder cracks. My car was not responding to the key fob. I bought another ddr module but reworked the original. Now I have 2 working ddr modules. This is the first thing I will do with electrical faults.
