Strip light in front drivers side head light is dim,

Hi the strip light in drivers side head light is dim and I can't find a fault, off side is bright, can the strip light be changed or is the case of a new head light

Dim lights usually points to a poor earth connection. Check the earth point for corrosion on the relevant headlight.
