Immobiliser problems

Featured Replies

Hi guys and girls

I have just got myself an X-Type Diesel Sport and was wondering if any one had issues with the the immobiliser. Battery is ok in the fob but the car will not start and the red immobiliser light by the gear lever is staying on. The car is back at the dealers now for them to check it out, but was not sure if this is a common problem.

welcome to the Jaguar Owners Club :)

I haven't heard of any common problems with the immobiliser, They will probably reset and tune the key back in to the car
