Hi guys

just about to dip in to the ownership of my first jag. i pick my XK8 up on Friday and am looking forward to having a bit of fun :) . for the last 12 months or so i was looking for a Bentley Turbo R but every car i viewed just did not inspire me, tatty interiors and poor paintwork has put me off them for now.

i have looked at a few XK8's and must admit that there were quite a few "rough" ones out there. the one i am buying is below ave miles and has been garaged all its life. it also comes with full jaguar service history and has been nowhere near an indy yet. the interior is absolutely immaculate, except for a mark on the drivers bolster that a can use some specialist jag dye on.

anyways, just thought i would pop in to say hi y'all.

Welcome Steve, Nice cat, enjoy the forum and your new cat

Ive got the XJ lwb sov on the 2007 plate. Bentley? You should have looked at the Arnage range. I had a rolls and the turbo R. The arnage outranks them all. Did you try looking at Hillier Hill in Olney Bucks? Still, wouldn't trade my Jag for anything less than an XK right now.
