EPB partly Working but fault lights on

Featured Replies

Hi All

I own a 204 54 plate STyope 3.0l V6 Petrol. The Park brake operates on and off but not correctly as wont hold on any slight incline, also park brake fault light lit and park brake fault showing in display window. I have tried the usual disc battery and so on and re calibrate but wont do it. park brake fault light and display wont go out. There is a clicking noise from park brake when being operated!

any ideas please. Plenty of pad on disc pads. HELP

thanks for that steve, so you advise simple adjustment of the cables, is it an easy task, have you done it yourself, it it similar to adjusting a manual type handbrake?
