speed camera alerts

Hi All

       I have just purchased a new xf which is perfect in every way except there are no speed camera alerts on the sat nav is there any way of downloading the alerts any help would be appreciated

Can this be done on an S type, I have a 2.7d SE on a 57 plate and was wondering how I can check to see if my sat Nav is up to date and if not how can I do it.

Its worth trying the same procedure on the S type...if not then let me know and i'll try to find out some more info

Thanks for the reply but Where do you Install the USB stick.

It should be in the armrest, if not check the glovebox
