The cd changer the boot of my 2004 2.0d sport doesn't eject the cd cassette when the eject button is pushed. There is power to the changer unit as the eject button is lit when the ignition is turned on.

Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can persuade the cassette to 'eject'

Thanks for any help

First, Welcome to the Club, James.

I had this problem in a Rover some years ago.  Not being an electric expert, I just pushed it in a bit and tried to jiggle it round.  It seems to work OK after that.

Anything cheap is worth trying first.

Regards

Peter.

Thanks Peter, If this rain ever stops I'll go and give the cassette a push and a bit of a jiggle and see what happens.

Regards

James
