Thought I would take a moment to praise jaguar and my dealer

sat navigation screen began to freeze on occasions before finally giving up the ghost.

light taps became heavy taps which became thumps. Still no joy, couldn't get anything up on the screen

cost to replace screen £1160

Although car is one year out of warranty jaguar stumped up 66% and my dealer the remainder

well done jaguar and barretts of ashford

Has anyone else suffered from frozen screen syndrome

It is not often that a main dealer gets praised, and I hope that Jaguar and other dealers follow suit when something is obviously faulty.
