New member - a question regarding S-Type Regd 2000 - wiper motor

Hi everyone.

I wonder how many other owners of the S-Type have had problems with their wipers/motor.

I've had to have mine replaced twice since new ! It could be that it is the linkage seizes up ?

I heard of two owners who had been told it was the alloy of the motor body that oxidises and leads to the motor bearings seizing ?

Similarly, I have had 5 batteries as each one failed.

I love the car and would not part with it(her ?).

Any ideas / comments would be welcomed
