Hi did a search and cant find anything on this sort of valve it looks the same as most but has a small pipe going around it, was wondering if its the same turn and pull and also is it water that goes through the pipe. thanks for reading

Hi just got my new x type and want to get some 18 inch rims , been offered a set that is 5x108 8j and has a off set of 35 would these be ok ? and what size tyre would be best . thanks
