Recently acquired an F Pace Portfolio with Xenon lights. Are these legal in Europe and particularly France as it is not possible to fit beam deflectors?French police are notorious for picking up UK drivers who "break" the rules. All EU driving sites state the lens deflectors MUST be fitted.
