Hi Trevor Bought CD cleaner kit & ran this several times through CD player - no improvement. Jaguar dealer then confirmed software issue causing CD to stick. Been in dealers three time to update software & each time no improvement seen Really annoying as sticks for 20 to 30 seconds several times on each CD

Recently bought 2017 XF Portfolio (18,000 miles) CD will not eject & stops playing after 1st track Any ideas?
