Latest update - camera, sensors and wipers all working properly. I have no confidence that will last. I'm thinking it's time to sell it while the selling is good.

Had a look in the boot - no sign of water ingress. I'm assuming the wiring to the loom in the boot is within the rubber piping from the lid. I'll take a look in there. Incidentally, the wipers are now working properly. For now...

I bought a 2012 XF a year ago. Shortly after the camera stopped working for a couple of weeks, then started working ok again. Then last week the wipers went crazy. They eventually stopped altogether. I had to pull over and turn off the engine, then after a couple of minutes they started again. Now this morning the camera has stopped again with the dreaded "refer to dealer" message. The loom in the boot seems to be a frequent problem but I'm wondering whether, given the wiper issue, it might be the battery?
