£1,76 a litre for Shell V-Power diesel.
Cheers, Putin. 😒
Fingers crossed this buffoon and murderous git gets replaced by someone with a brain/heart sooner , rather than later.

Hi Bob,
I don't now how they are tested, but my 2011 3.0D is much, much quicker off the mark in S mode and even quicker again when combined with dynamic mode.

Exactly what I was thinking, I dont use the flappy paddles often... but fun when I do, usually when theres a noisy smoky Skoda Fabia or the likes holding me up.

How are these times tested ?
Are they tested in full auto mode, Dynamic mode, sport mode or full manual mode. I doubt their will be much difference between the different modes but im just curious as to how they test these times.

Made my decision, Goodyear Eagle F1 assymetric 5. Did briefly consider all season tyres, but to be perfectly honest I won`t be driving the Jag in snow/slush/sh1te conditions.
Thanks for the comments, I shall report back with all honesty once the Goodyears are scrubbed in.👍

Thanks Patch, I`ll take a look at them 👍

Gave the Jag a good wash n wax yesterday, noticed a slight bulge in one of the rear tyres (side wall )
There is probably only 2/3mm left on both rears so i`m going to get them both done at the same time.
All suggestions will be entertained, although I am looking for quality rather than frugality.
Thanks

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago although I didn`t have any error messages. Had the car recovered to the garage and they had to remove the drive selector assembly and sent it to a specialist, luckily it is still under warranty and now working perfect.

Had a drive over to Boston today, parked up and did a bit of sightseeing etc, but when we returned to the car and tried to start it for some reason it would not select drive.
Tried turning it on and off several times but it just wouldnt move out of P.
Was just about to call for recovery but gave it one last try, and finally it went into Drive.
Its a 2009 3.0d
Only had the car a couple of months and absolutely love it, but I dont want this problem to re-occur so is there a fix or does it need to go back to the dealers while its still under warranty ?

Thanks Big John, luckily I have managed to pull out the top section back into its original position and added a few drops of super glue here and there, and believe it or not you would never notice. I would take a photo but its tipping it down.🙄

Hi all, new to Jags and this forum.
Only had the XF a month or so and absolutely loving it, unfortunately a Pheasant decided to have a head on and it looks like we both lost out !
How hard is it to replace the grill, does the bumper need to be removed ? Also should I replace it with a black grill to make it look a bit more "moody"
I just paid...
