Hi I bought a xf 3 litre diesel 2010, the last owner thinks it's has a spun bearing, I am going to take the engine out to inspect, what is the best method to remove the engine, from above or below, with or without gear box, thanks in advance

Thanks for letting me join, I bought a xf 3 litre diesel, I think the bearing has spun. I am going to remove the engine and investigate, what is the best method for removing the engine, e.g. from above, or below, with or without gearbox, thanks
