  1. having took my car to have wheels refurbished I was told that the 'tyre pressure system fault' notification would clear after driving 30 miles after 120 miles the notification comes on every time in between my mot require renewal and has today failed on the dash notification ' tyre pressure system fault' the MOT garage tried to diagnose the problem and advised that the valves do not appear to have been programmed. I was also told that I would need the serial numbers of the two valves which could meant the tyres would have to be removed again to get the valve serial numbers to re-programme them can anyone through some light on this thanks 2014 XF 2.2 premium luxury.
  2. put the car into Jaguar Dundee 2 days in December then for 10 days in January they run through the programme and that was it for nothing car came back the same as it went in they did say that they unplugged a door module and the battery drain stopped so they plugged it back in again and said it was ok then they found the battery flat again beggars belief the lack of expertise or service and cost £178 for nothing.
  3. I wrote previously re battery drain I have found that the battery drain is only happening when the car is locked seems to be something that partially wakens the car for 40 seconds around every 10 to 15 minutes and drains at over 4 amps . any ideas, by the way my car was in Jaguar Dundee for 12 days and they did absolutely nothing.
  4. yep all dry , I sat in the car and locked it up when the hazard switch light comes on a light gives quick flash flash in both footwells then you hear a faint sound its like the door is unlocking like its very slow so gonna get a stethoscope and check each door in turn and the boot as well hope to narrow it down that way, thanks
