Hi John, yes I had a similar idea. Unfortunately the last entry in the service record (in 2018) appears to have the wrong entry on the mileage (as it the same value as the previous service). Also the MOT history only goes back to 2019. But making an educated guess, it has probably done around 25000 miles potentially unserviced....

Thanks both. Yes, I have the VIN and checked on the website (it is there that there is no service history after 2018). And I have managed to get a good discount as well as a 12 month warranty. I'm just a little nervous!

Hi, I'm about to buy a 2016 XF S 3.0D, and have been told by the dealer that there is no service log book with Jaguars, and that all of the service history is online. Can anyone let me know if this is true? The reason I'm concerned is because there is no service history after 2018 shown online. I guess that it's possible that the car was serviced at a local garage, and they weren't able to update the online history? I find it very strange that there is no accompanying paper work though. Thanks for your advice!
