Good morning. My 2001 jaguar s-type keeps overheating even after the thermostat was changed.

I have 2001 s-type and it is squeaking very loud as I drive, when I stop and whenever I turn my wheel. It sounds like the whole frame needs wd40! Someone told me that my ball joints need greasing. What do you folks think?
