Thanks Jack, How long ago was this? Is the car still ok now?

I have recently experienced electrical issues with my XF - Battery charge drain, Infotainment console errors, loss of Sar Nav, phone connectivity and USB charging. Also, loss of key recognition, car unable to unlock or start. Currently at the dealership who inform me that it requires a Battery Drain test £288, a number of replacement electrical items - ICM, KVM & CJB. All in all - around £6500.00! Advice please? Can it be done at an independant ? What are those implications? Thanks
