We have inherited a green 1998 Jaguar XJ8 4ltr v8. It was driven regularly until 2008 when the owner had to give up driving for health reasons. He has since died. It was then Sorned and has stood on the driveway ever since, but it still appears in good condition. We think that it has done about 130,000 which is the old man would have said 'is hardly off the starting grid for a 4ltr v8'.
We think it would be wrong to scrap it, but don't know what to do with it otherwise. Surely someone out there would like it - it is a beautiful motorcar, just outside Oxford.
Would someone like to make us an offer, say in the region of £900?
