  1. Turned out the sensor located on the front driver side was malfunctioning and the part needed is not on hand. My vehicle was at the dealer for a month. I was given a loaner which is a 2019 F-Pace. It appears the exterior was washed, and we walked around to inspect any existing damages before I drove it. The interior was not clean at all which was disappointing. The 5-year old F-Pace vibrates too much when you're on a full stop. Finally, I picked up my vehicle on 2/4/24 and so far the drive has been smooth. I will wait for another week before I fill out the survey they emailed me.
  2. On 12/20/23, I took my 2022 E-Pace for its maintenance. I noticed the week of the 27th the drive was a bit jerky where it does not drive smoothly after a complete stopped. It has been happening quite a lot and does not feel safe to drive. On 12/30/23, I was heading home on a straight street when the dash board signal showed Collision Alert! There was no vehicle infront of me. On 1/1/23 around 9:45PM I was at a stop light and when it turned green I stepped on the gas and it jerked for less than a 10 seconds before I can drive. My daughter was with me and it scared us. This morning at 7:38AM, it did it again while on a 4 way stop. I press the gas when it was my turn and in the middle of the 4 way stop the car was jerking like I was driving a stick shift and did not know how to use it. It was embarrassing and unsafe at the same time. I dropped it at Jaguar and they won't be able to look into it until tomorrow. A loaner is not available until the 8th. In the meantime, I need to get a rental so I can go to work tomorrow. What a year to start! I hope this is isolated and they can fix it right away.
