  1. Hello, I am having issues with my 2015 XE's steering wheel adjustment. It will adjust in and out but not up or down. I've tried using both toggles on the switch and tried using the memory recall's on the door but no luck. The memory recalls on the door will also move the wheel in and out but not up or down. I've changed the switch which hasn't helped and just pulled out the vertical motor. When I give the motor a few AAA batteries it spins. I've checked the main fuse boxes and can't see a dedicated one to the motors so I am really stuck on what to do next. Any suggestions? Any help would be really appreciated! Many thanks Elliott
  2. Just an update on this, I changed the steering adjuster button/switch with no luck and removed the vertical adjustment motor to test it. The motor spins fine when I connect a few AAA batteries. Other than maybe a brittle wire that's snapped, I am completely lost....

I've tried using both toggles on the switch and tried using the memory recall's on the door but no luck. The memory recalls on the door will also move the wheel in and out but not up or down. I'm thinking it's the tilt motor or a fuse somewhere... I've checked the main fuse boxes and can't see a dedicated one to the motors. Has the tilt motor got a separate fuse somewhere which might have blown? If not, does anyone know if they sell the motor separately from the steering column? Any help would be really appreciated! Many thanks Elliott
