Afternoon All!
I've recently acquired a 2001 S Type 3.0 Sport from a family friend who sadly had to give up driving. The car is one owner from new with only 31K on the clock. It has only done 200 miles (including the 45 I put on today) in the last 5 years, but has been regularly serviced, last full service in Oct 23, since new.
It seems to run fine, but 'judders' when accelerating, particularly from around 1800 rpm/approx 60 mph, had a flashing engine light on a couple of occasions while accelerating at this speed, but the light went off after 5 or so flashes . It had fresh fuel with a shot of Redex to work through prior to todays outing, to see if this would help - is their anything else I should be aware of/checking that is relevant to the S Type?
