Still unable to log in - error says something akin to "error our end please try again later" but its been like that for several days now. I am trying to find out if it's a general outage for all ?

For the last few days I have been unable to sign in via the car into the "In Control". Thus am unable to sync navigation routes etc which is a real pain when on holiday in the Lake District. I assume the servers are down - can anybody else please confirm? When i enter my id and password (which I don't usually need to do as it stays logged in) I get an error message saying try later as there is something wring at our end.....

You want - Settings / All Settings / Features / Navigation / Edit Profile
From here you can change the name and address etc 😉
