    Hi Andy,

Disconnect the battery for 10 seconds then reconnect.

You will have to keep your ignition key in your pocket, as the alarm will go off when you reconnect.

When you start the engine,  just follow the message instruction --  press both footbrake and hand brake. You will need to have your radio code to hand.

You will also have to reset all windows, volume, clock etc.

Also, to stop it happening too often keep you battery charged.

    Regards,

    Peter.

I used to pull out the R/H boot trim and unplug the Handbrake module. Does the same thing but quicker.

  2. Cat D stolen recovered in 2014. I purchased the car soon afterwards and have enjoyed every minute of her. Sadly a company car now means she has to go. She has all the usual extras such as sat nav with the latest map updates, folding heated electric mirrors, cruise, aircon (ice cold), bluetooth phone prep, rear electric blind, electric memory seats and steering column, full factory body kit, She has covered 78k which is warranted and sailed through her last mot. The bad bit's, the n/s/f wheel liner is damaged there is a small rust patch on the roof adj to the windscreen, a couple of areas of laquer peel and the rear bumper needs a refit along the passenger side. Take a look at the pics and see what you think.MOT runs out 11th sept but i will have her tested this week so a new MOT will be provided. Price is £2300 OVNO.  DSC_0086.JPGDSC_0087.JPGDSC_0089.JPGDSC_0090.JPGDSC_0093.JPGDSC_0094.JPGDSC_0095.JPGDSC_0100.JPGDSC_0101.JPGDSC_0102.JPG

  3. Why not paint a vertical line on the rear wall of your garage so that it lines up with the center of your face, aim for the line and that should do it. You could also paint a line on the right hand wall so that when your car is in as far as you want , this line would be level with your face when you look at it.

  4. Just got the car back from the garage after developing a water leak. Asked them to also check for a rattle underneath the car. Turn's out there is something that has come loose inside the catalytic converter. Anyone else heard of this and i suppose a new cat is required? Thank's in advance and Merry Chrimbo.

  5. Press the speak button on the steering wheel, if it just mute's the radio then voice is not fitted. The car's are normally wired for voice as standard, but you will need the control module (which fit's next to the cdc player and /or sat nav in the boot) . You may also need the microphone which should be in the roof lining above where you sit.
