Engine sounds rough - any advice on specialist for tuning - XFS

Hi All, Need help in finding a specialist in North / East London to help checking and tuning my 2009 XF S...it sounds very rough. Still drives and pulls ok but it sounds rough when starting and switching off the engine. Also when you decellerate and then accelerate quickly getting a flutter noise from the engine bay....I think maybe from the Turbo. Any help would be great. Thanks Kaushal
