hi everyone  what's the best or worst thing about your jag. MPG/COMFORT/TOYS MAYBE ITS THE COMMENTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE THIS IS JUST A BIT OF FUN AND WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW  ? mine would be the comments as the best thing the worst would be head lights

Comfort, speed, and sheer class.

 

My s type does not have front fog/driving lights -- they were discontinued on the 2007 model  --- I think that was a mistake as they would be very useful on country roads.

With my XJ Supersport ( 2012)I liked the comfort, TV's, speed. 20 speaker 1200 watt audio system, and sheer luxury .

 

Downside, it was pig ugly, and too big for the Devon roads .

 

With my XKR 5 litre supercharged (2012) , I liked the colour, the acceleration ,and the admiring glances .

 

Downside;

 

Having to call out the breakdown services twice in two days, and Jaguar not being able to get the  (German made) part this side of Christmas .

 

Being lied to by the dealership , and the sheer arrogance of the customer relations people at Jaguar themselves .

hi trevor I broke down and I agree jaguar asst rubbish. kept the car 4 days then said there was nothing wrong with it. only to get the car back and brake down again when I rung they were vary nasty on the phone  and said they would send someone round to go through the car and prove that nothing was wrong how wrong they were it was the egr  but no apology

The sound of the XKR V8 4ltr Supercharged Engine, Colour; Light Blue with Cream Leather however, disappointment comes with the outdated Jaguar Standard Sterio System, although there is a CD Stacker in the boot the cabin holds a radio cassette with no USB hub.

What stereo system is yours please ? mine was Bowers and Wilkins which I found a tad disappointing in the XKR , but excellent in the XJ Superpsort (mind you t was a 1200 watt 20 speaker system) .
