I am thinking about fitting a tow bar to my S type but have been told the wiring cannot as normal, I have fitted many tow bars with no problem, what makes the S type different.

The  s type 2.7D and the 3.0 litre petrol are both very good towcars.  A member named Margaret had a towbar fitted a year or so ago, and if she spots this she will give you her experience,

I don't think you can wire up the trailer lights in the normal way, ie splicing into the rear light wiring, 

Got it sorted now boys. :) :) Gadget off e bay.
