Can't get my Sat Nav to let me input a destination, it just says "No data available for selected country" I have got the correct disc in. Any clues would be appreciated.

seem to remember this and in my case I had not setup the country

 

have you tried resetting and re-entering

I think Alex is correct.

 

I am not familiar with the XF touchscreen, but the S type allows you to set up a destination in various countries with the Western Europe map.  

 

It is quite easy to select the country on the s type.

I have just checked on the s type.

 

1 Agree

 

2 Destination ---  then look to right of screen and you will see the map of Western Europe.  If it is  indicating anywhere other than the UK [presuming you are in the UK] select change and a list of countries will come up.  Select the country.

The problem is I don't get the western Europe map. I do get it if I put other discs in eg Sweden, but not the one for GBR. It knows where I am as I get the local road. Strange.

I can't help with that particular issue with any technical authority but a complete reboot worked for me.

I also have an anomaly in that when I set the day/night display to auto it never goes to the night screen when it should (i.e. When it's dark), any ideas?
