Quite an interesting report, Kenny.

I would like to see a report on the new generation of 4 cylinder 2.o litre engines, too.

I would tend to agree with you there Peter, they seem to be missing a wider audience within their reporting.

Yes Kenny,

The new engines which will be coming in shortly signals to many that Jaguar are aiming for a wider market. possibly the company car market, which can be very lucrative.

I am sure that a good Sales Director would see that an XE 2.0 litre diesel as part of a Salesman's remunerative package would be a relatively cheap attraction, and not very costly on company car tax.

Jaguar will start that campaign, I think when the first cars have been well tested.

Regards,

Peter.

Yes Peter, In my days of company cars it was Siera's, Cavalier's etc although I did earn an SD1 Rover when promoted which was very comfortable, powerful but an awful car. So a decent Jaguar with all the refinements would be a salesman's dream come true
