You can Phil, but there is no definitive answer as to whether it works.

 

It appears to make things available. but only until the ignition is turned off. I was going to give it a try when I installed my CDC but didn't need to.

I'll see how I go on tomorrow when it's all been fitted, but there's a link I found somewhere saying it worked? Nowing my luck it's a trip to local indi.

Presumably, the seller has taken on the responsibility of ensuring that it all works before you hand over the cash Phil?

sorry paul, been stupidly busy with work, if i ain't at at work i'm asleep    cdc was easy to fit, my car had a single lead in the boot and a multi plug, plugged everything in, 20 quid at an indy to activate the cdc loop and bingo sorted !  got all my kit for bluetooth just need to figure out how to fit the black box and microphone    everything is plugged in in the boot, just need to sort the front out.....that's where you come in to the equation paul :D
