Engine oil suitability for S Type 3.0 V6

I have found Ford Engine Oil - synthetic - on special price for £19.99 for 5 litres.

Is it suitable for the jag? I cant see why not. But you may have other ideas

its 5/30 part synthetic in my x type which is right for my car  that's what it say's in my drivers hand book.

i never put cheap Oil in a car anyway ? always use a good brand of Oil, not saying ford isnt a good brand but i've never used it so i cant comment.  

 

not sure for the s type,staff / member old peter may give you a better idea when he see's this post

The short answer is "yes". 

 

I have checked the S Type handbook and that level of Oil is recommended.
