first time I've been in my stype at night since getting it this week. I've noticed the box that displays the temp is lighting Fairly bright. The box that displays the audio is dull, is this correct are they meant to be different. Cheers phil

I have it as well, Think it's a common fault. My one lights up sometimes and then goes out. I had a look and there isn't a bulb. Suspect it's a soldered in LED or something. Looks expensive to fix so haven't bothered. Dull is better than no light at all. I'd live with it.

Are the panel numbers dull as well IE 1-9 ect Or is it just the box display

No, numbers are OK but illumination is the problem. In daylight both displays look the same but at night I can't read the numbers because the back-light is defective on the lower display,

Also, I find the time is displayed on the drivers console anyway and it's just the radio station or track id i can't read, but I can live with that.
