Welcome to the Club, Steven.

We have a Funeral Director just round the corner from where we live with a fine fleet of Jaguars.

Very convenient for us old folks!

Regards,

Peter.

Welcome to THE JAGUAR OWNERS CLUB. Unlike Peter I don't have a funeral director living around the corner from me just Farmers, pretty useful with the tractors though maybe an idea to start a funeral directors company being taken away on a tractor ha ha

Tractors can be very useful.  I was playing golf some years ago, and two old gentlemen waved my partner and I through the 12th hole.

We were in the bar when one of them came rushing in saying that his partner had collapsed on the 14th hole - the furthest away from the clubhouse.  After ringing 999 for an ambulance I suggested we got him back to the clubhouse using the tractor, but I was vetoed for the reason it would not be dignified.

The course has quite a few streams and bridges running through it, and when the ambulance came it could not get across a couple of the bridges and here was no other route through. The paramedic suggested using the tractor, and when they got the man back he could not be resuscitated.

The paramedic said that if the tractor has been used straight away he could well have been saved.

Tractors can be useful!

Peter.
