Hi has anyone had a tow bar fitted to their S type in the north east ? and if so how much ?

Price really depends on what you want fitted.

Fixed flange type will be the cheapest then swan neck type then retractable will be the most expensive.

Taking into account the complex wiring on an S type you'd be looking around £400 to £800 depending on which you choose.

I've got a brand new witter fixed flange towbar in the garage which I'm very confident I can fit myself but I'm still undecided if it really suits the lines of the car.

I'd get a quote from your local jaguar dealer and work back from that.

Not the north east but south west! Look for a specialist tow bar fitter who does nothing but that. I had a Witter fitted for £380. Very pleased.
