Hi from Hampshire/Wiltshire

Hi, I have finally taken the plunge and bought myself a Jag, it's only a cheap taster to see how I like it, the car in question is a 1998 4.0 lwb sovereign.

It's only covered 107,000 and has a good history with it, obviously there are a few jobs to do, hole in bottom of wing, head lining, laquer on bonnet needs sorting, and I am sure there will be other things.

I've just done 250 miles this weekend and it drove faultlessly, so far so good.

I am sure I will be asking plenty of questions, so bear with me, it's my first Jag!

Welcome to the Club, Mark.

A friend of mine had a similar model and he thought it was wonderful, although doing mostly short journeys round the city he got very friendly with the staff at his local petrol station!

Enjoy the experience.

Regards,

Peter.
