please help me people.

my 2003 s type touch screen keeps flicking between menus and says comunication error. also i have no hot air when i turn the heater up to full. i dont know if there related problems but they really are a pain . any advice would really be appreciated .

Regards the Sat nav, i would check the battery. You could also try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes to reset the sat nav system. No hot air, i do not have a clue sorry.

Hi Stewart, and welcome to the club.

 

Garry has mentioned the battery  ---   it is possible that the battery is starting to fail.  The s type needs a good big battery and when it starts to fail electrical bits start to go wrong.

 

Most batteries last about 5 years, and when they start to fail, or are not fully charged  the car is clever enough to let less important things start to fail first.

 

On the lack to hot air it could be worth having you climate control regassed.
